Accepting Nominations for the FACCC Board of Governors 2026 Elections

Nomination Deadline: 5:00 PM | March 21, 2026

Are you committed to advancing faculty advocacy and strengthening higher education? This election season, seven seats on the FACCC Board of Governors are open for election. Consider running and play a direct role in guiding the organization’s mission and impact.
Key information:
- Nomination forms must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Please be sure to fully download the nomination form in order to complete and add your e-signature before submitting. You can find the Nomination Form here.
- Candidate statements, headshot photos, and any optional campaign videos must be submitted no later than March 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM. You can find the Candidate Statement Form here.
- All candidates must have contacted the Advocacy and Leadership Chair or FACCC staff on election procedures by April 3, at 5:00 PM.
- The election period spans from April 6 to May 6.
- To be eligible for candidacy, individuals must maintain FACCC membership in good standing.

The following seats are open for the 2026 elections:
- President – four or six-year commitment
- Vice President – two-year term
- Governor Small-Sized Colleges - two-year term (one open seat)
- Governor Medium-Sized Colleges - two-year term (one open seat)
- Governor Large-Sized Colleges - two-year term (one open seat)
- Governor for Part-Time – two-year term (Northern Region)
- Governor for Retired Faculty – two-year term
Governor Size Definitions:
In an effort to ensure the most accurate and fair election procedures, all eligible FACCC members will receive their ballot by email or voter information by USPS mail. We will provide an additional update outlining when to expect this information, along with key election timelines.
