We are pleased to announce the results of our 2025 Board of Governors elections. These powerful faculty leaders will begin their two-year term on June 15, 2025.

Governor for Part-Time (Southern Region):
- Desiree Montenegro (Stepping Down)
Desiree Montenegro has decided to step down from her position, creating a vacancy on the FACCC Board. We are now seeking a dedicated faculty member to serve as Governor for Part-Time Faculty - South. Are you interested in serving on the FACCC Board? This role includes regions B, C, and D. Part-time faculty from colleges in these regions are eligible to apply for the open position.
Complete the application here and submit it by June 6, 2025. The board will make the appointment during the upcoming June board retreat on June 20, 2025.
As a board member, your responsibilities would include:
- Attending FACCC Board of Governor meetings (six per year).
- Participating in or hosting seminars, workshops, and webinars focused on faculty and student needs and concerns.
- Recruiting faculty to join FACCC.
The term for this position will expire on June 14, 2027.
