FACCC Virtual Series: Strengthening Student and Labor-Friendly Boards
Join FACCC for an engaging four-part virtual series designed to equip faculty, students, and advocates with the knowledge and strategies needed to identify, support, and sustain relationships with student and labor-friendly board candidates. Whether you're new to advocacy or a seasoned organizer, this series will provide actionable insights to help you navigate the election process and ensure endorsed candidates have the support they need—before, during, and after the campaign.
We invite all FACCC members to participate, and especially encourage union presidents, union executives, and members of local political action committees (PACs) to join. Your leadership and engagement are critical to strengthening student and labor representation at the board level.
Join us for the fourth session in the series:
April 9 | 7:00 - 7:45 PM Building and Maintaining Relationships with Elected Board Members
Advocacy doesn’t stop after Election Day. This final session will focus on how to foster long-term relationships with elected board members, ensuring labor and student concerns remain a priority through ongoing communication and engagement.
